  • Right across infrastructure, there’s a requirement to not only maintain, but also renew and reimagine. Whatever stage you’re at in your career; with us you’ll have an opportunity to grow and develop. Delivering essential infrastructure services for life, while being safety first, and client and customer centric in a friendly, fun and respectful environment where you are encouraged to thrive.

    Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

Want to come and be a part of it?

We welcome applications from across the UK. Your contract will be linked to your nearest M Group office. Candidates near St Ives (Cambridgeshire), Reading, or Coventry may find travel easier, but this isn’t essential.

We’re looking for someone who can bring practical experience to the role. Telecoms experience is preferable, especially in mobile networks, but it’s not essential. If you’ve worked in planned or reactive maintenance, or handled inspection activities, you’ll have the right foundation to succeed. You’ll also have the opportunity to guide and support a Project Coordinator, making this a great role for someone who enjoys collaboration and helping others deliver successful projects. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent, offering stability and room for growth.

    What will you be doing?

    • You’ll lead contract mobilisation, transition projects, and support internal change initiatives.
    • You’ll engage with client teams and incumbent suppliers to build strong, collaborative relationships.
    • You’ll keep projects on track, providing regular updates at key governance forums.
    • You’ll take ownership of delivering critical project outputs and driving successful outcomes.
    • You’ll foster a collaborative and productive environment where everyone can thrive.

    What you’ll bring?

You’ll be confident in managing risks, issues, and opportunities while keeping everything on track through the full project lifecycle. Hitting agreed milestones is second nature to you, and you bring experience in mobilising new contracts or smoothly transitioning services between suppliers. With solid expertise in project management methodologies and a broad understanding of business functions—from operational delivery to SHEQ, HR, and logistics—you’ll play a key role in making things happen.

    What’s in it for you?

We offer a range of benefits designed to support your life in and out of work, some of which include.

    • Matched or contributory pension scheme
    • Online GP service, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
    • Employee assistance programme
