What You’ll Do
As Contract Director, you’ll take charge of a portfolio of high‑value contracts, making sure they’re delivered with both operational excellence and commercial success. You’ll be the one driving our “It Starts With Me” culture, putting health, safety, and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do.
Your leadership will bring out the best in people - building high‑performing teams, encouraging collaboration, and creating a culture where accountability and continuous improvement thrive. You’ll help shape our business plans, spot new opportunities, and make sure resources are used smartly to deliver maximum value. Along the way, you’ll build strong client relationships, meeting their regulatory requirements while tackling complex challenges with creativity and confidence.
On the commercial side, you’ll keep a close eye on profitability and cashflow, using your sharp financial skills to protect and grow the business. At the same time, you’ll embrace innovation and efficiency, pushing boundaries to deliver sustainable success. In short, you’ll be a strategic thinker and hands‑on leader who makes sure our projects don’t just meet expectations - they exceed them.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven senior leadership experience in energy contracting, large‑scale infrastructure or an equivalent field.
- Strong commercial and contractual leadership experience, with the ability to build and develop client relationships and grow a business.
- A track record of managing major projects and frameworks.
- Exceptional people leadership skills with the ability to influence at the highest level.
- Deep understanding of Safety, Health, Wellbeing, Environmental and Quality standards.
- A passion for building inclusive, engaged, and high‑performing cultures.
- A growth mindset - thriving on winning work, building teams, and delivering results that matter.
