You’ll be joining our central Commercial Team team, as the UK’s number one highway maintenance contractor, we also deliver specialist civil engineering for the private and public sectors across the UK as a major supplier of specialist highway electrical services, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes.

What will you be doing?
You'll be managing the contract commercial team including line management and personal development plans.
Reviewing proposed Identify unacceptable terms and conditions and negotiate contracts with clients and supply chain
Liaise with the customer, his representatives and other 3rd parties on commercial issues, including the agreement of additional monies.
We'll ask you to focus on cost and value management for project. Leading change management for project Contract Administration – ensuring all required notices are issued in a timely manner.
You'll be managing Supply Chain across typically 25 workstream packages and risk and opportunity management for project.
You'll Identify, prep and negotiate claims and assist with dispute resolution, advise insurers of claims and negations.
What you’ll bring
- A broad level of commercial experience with a contracting organisation
- Do you have a accepted qualification in a construction related subject?
- Do you have a relevant CSCS Card?
- Prior experience of running £20m plus Term Service Contract – high volume, low value Task Orders
- NEC 3 or 4 Term Service Contract - Options A, C and E
- Contractual requirements of project documents including the roles and responsibilities of all involved and the notices required to record change
