    Where will you be working?

    We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation.

    Distribution and connections- As one of the largest Independent Connection Providers (ICP’s) in the UK, we support distribution network operations across infrastructure. 

    Our team installs and maintains distribution networks and ensures reliable connections for customers. carrying out electrical planned work, customer connections and network reinforcement. 

    As part of our team, you’ll be at the forefront of the transition to net zero, working with not just those around you, but across the Group- sharing learnings to deliver essential infrastructure services for life. 

    What will you be doing?

    Are you ready to lead in SHEQ? As Head of SHEQ Distribution & Connections, you’ll oversee improvement across Energy Distribution & Connections contracts nationwide. You’ll guide our SHEQ team with expertise, delivering strategic advice, managing risks, and driving key improvements. From audits to incident investigations and shaping best practices. Providing expert advice and support to all the Energy SHEQ teams, whilst developing and implementing key SHEQ business improvements across D&C. This role is remote with travel, so a Full UK Driving Licence is required. Does this sound like your next role?

    What you’ll bring

    • Industry Experience
    • Professional Competence as demonstrated by Chartered membership of IOSH (CMIOSH or MIRSM).
    • National Diploma or NVQ5/6 Health and Safety / BSc or MSc Health and Safety.
    • Experienced in managing teams, project delivery and process improvement.
