Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role will be within our Private networks. We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

What will you be doing?
- You’ll use your analytical expertise to projects and programs, ensuring adherence to project management standards and methodologies, and contributing to the development and continuous improvement of PMO processes, governance, guidelines, and best practices.
- You’ll be data analysing and reporting
- You’ll Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of PMO methodologies, processes, standards along with maintaining PMO documentation
- You’ll provide guidance and support to project managers and teams on PMO processes and tools and run governance workshops
- You’ll assist in the administration and maintenance of project management tools and systems (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow).
What you’ll bring
- You’ll be an excellent communicator
- You’ll have a passion for attention to detail
- You’ll have a Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certification.
- Experience with specific project management software (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project Online).
- You’ll have experience in change management & portfolio management.
- You’ll have the can-do attitude and adapt well in a fast-paced environment but always maintaining quality and accuracy.
