Where will you be working?
As an organisation, there is little we don’t do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.
This role is in our Plant & Fleet department, Plant & Fleet supports teams across our business with their vehicle, plant and specialist equipment needs. Offering hire solutions that are commercially effective, reliable, safe and compliant.

What will you be doing?
We're on the lookout for individuals who thrive on self-motivation, adaptability, and clear communication. If you hold yourself to high standards and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you. Ideally, you'll bring previous experience in a supervisory role and within a call centre environment.
In this role, you'll lend a helping hand to the CSC controllers during busy times while providing essential support. You'll also play a pivotal role in tracking team attendance, managing the escalation process for missing assets. As well as ensuring smooth system training, and guiding new team members through their onboarding journey. Setting targets and aligning them with business goals will be one of your strengths, as will owning the ticket resolution process, including midday and end-of-day closeouts. You'll act as a mentor to new employees and even step in for the CSC Technical Manager when needed.
What you’ll bring
- Supervisory experience
- Experience in a technical call centre environment.
- Inbound and outbound contact centre or service office experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
