At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

What will you be doing?
Provide comprehensive support to the Executive Team, including the Managing Director.
Coordinate large scale transformational projects to ensure goals are achieved within the required timelines such as integrating acquisitions and mobilising new contracts.
Manage team deadlines efficiently and handle diary management and meeting coordination. Organise travel arrangements including hotels, trains, flights, taxis, ferries, and car hire for the executive team.
Assist with basic office management tasks while maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times. Comfortable with frequent travel requirements to support the dynamic needs of the executive leadership.
What you’ll bring?
The role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant.
You will need to have strong organisational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are a must.
Able to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive with the ability to anticipate needs, handle confidential information discreetly, and adapt to change and business growth.
Experienced in project management and problem-solving with a flexible approach. People management experience is preferred but not essential.
