We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation.
This role will be within our Distribution and Connections division. As one of the largest Independent Connection Providers (ICP’s) in the UK, we support distribution network operations across infrastructure.

What will you be doing?
We’re looking for a SHEQ Performance Analyst to join our Energy business at M Group!
You’ll be involved in collecting, analysing, and maintaining performance data, ensuring insights support bids, tenders, and audits. Develop reports, dashboards, and bespoke arrangements for the SHEQ Business Management System.
Manage SHEQ communications, surveys, industry benchmarks, and accreditations while overseeing health surveillance and compliance programs. Supporting leadership engagement and collaborate across teams. Work closely with Environmental and ESG specialists to share insights and improve sustainability strategies whilst uphold quality and document control, ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and SHEQ policies while proactively identifying improvements.
We're are looking for someone with experience in SHEQ data.

- Experience in Power BI & MS forms (Zoho forms is an advantage)
- Previous experience in a Data & Performance role
- Advance Excel skills
- Experience in creating clear, actionable reports and dashboards.
