    Where will you be working? 

    At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.  

    We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.  

    Mobile networks- We keep the country connected through the survey, design, installation and maintenance of private 5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure.

    What will you be doing?

    We’re looking for a Chartered Engineer (ICE or IStructE registered) to join us as a Structual Engineer. This role focuses on structural aspects of the Principal Engineer duty holder, as defined by the Building Safety Regulator under the Building Safety Act 2022. You’ll lead the design and delivery of rooftop telecom solutions on High Risk Buildings (18m+ or 7+ storeys with residential units). Key tasks include ensuring designs meet regulations, managing risks, collaborating with teams, and maintaining compliance. You’ll also mentor junior engineers, promote sustainability, and uphold high safety standards throughout every project phase.

    What you’ll do:


    We’re looking for a Chartered Engineer (CEng) registered with ICE or IStructE, with 5+ years post-chartership experience in HRBs or similar structures. You’ll need an MEng in Civil/Structural Engineering, solid knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022, and a proven track record in designing HRBs (18m+ or 7+ storeys). Key skills include structural analysis, regulatory compliance, leadership, and problem-solving. Bonus if you’ve got fire engineering or sustainable design experience or are on the HRB Register.
