    Where will you be working?

    We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards.  We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

    This role will be within our Demand management and network infrastructure team.  We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

    What will you be doing? 
     
    As the Planner  to you'll work on the Yorkshire Water contract, based at Yorkshire Waters head office in Bradford.


    You'll work various shift patterns covering between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday and weekends between 7am and 4pm.

    You'll take ownership of all planned work, coordinating the job from receipt through to job completion and will own the priority of the work, constructing the correct resource to site in a logical and safe manner.

    You'll plan orders within the client SLA’s whilst optimising travel time and increasing team productivity and 
    ensure the highest level of service is delivered to both external and internal customers, giving excellent customer satisfaction every time.
     
    We'll need you to use the client systems real time, assigning work on time and ensuring all operations are created, assigned, and recorded.
     
    You'll need to make sure that safety issues are reported in line with Company procedures.
