Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?
We are looking for someone to join our team who can help manage claims. You will work with others to make sure claims are handled properly and fairly. You will look after claims made by clients and third parties. These claims may be about damage caused during our work. You will help settle these claims in the best way possible.
You will also work with insurance teams and legal contacts. These may be about personal injury claims. You will help make sure the right people are involved and that everything is followed up.
You will speak with suppliers and teams inside the business. This will help with charges and costs that need to be passed on. You will help make sure these are handled clearly and correctly.
You will work with managers to find the best way to deal with each claim. You will also help with complaints from the public. You will take calls, record complaints, and help close them in a fair way.
You will answer and make calls in a calm and professional way. You will support your team and help make sure everything runs smoothly.
This role is about being clear, fair, and helpful. You do not need to know everything now. We will help you learn. What matters most is that you care about doing a good job and working well with others.
What you’ll bring;
You will be someone who communicates clearly and calmly. You will be comfortable speaking on the phone and writing messages that are easy to understand. You will sound professional and polite when talking to others.
You will enjoy working with others and be ready to help when needed. You will be able to manage your own tasks and also support your team. Sometimes you may need to work extra hours, and you will be flexible when this happens.
You will have experience in helping with claims. You will know how to keep records and follow up on details. You will be able to manage your time well and decide what needs to be done first.
You will notice small details and make sure your work is accurate. You will take care to check things are correct before moving on.
You will be confident using a computer. You will know how to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. You will be able to use these tools to help with your work.
You may need to travel to help sort out claims or support other teams. You will be happy to do this when needed.
If you know about street works or understand how permits and notices work, that would be helpful. But it is not essential.
