Key Responsibilities/what they’ll be doing
- Leading all proposals that require specific leadership - to be determined during weekly bid calls.
- To ensure estimating function is working as a team; where allocated to the BGEN Pre-construction entity, and ensure those allocated to BU verticals are included in performance and resource management arrangements.
- To work with BD and leadership to design and rollout a pursuit management course to train others in the business to manage tenders in a standardised manner and generally increase or capability in this area.
- To ensure packs are put together within the MGroup for tender reviews ensuring all advice is gained and summarised for efficient decision making.
- To recruit, retain, develop and performance manage direct reports and ensure their teams are functioning optimally.
