Whatever stage you’re at in your career, with us you’ll have an opportunity to grow and develop. Delivering essential infrastructure services for life, while being safety first, and client and customer centric in a friendly, fun and respectful environment where you are encouraged to thrive.

    Where will you be working?

At M Group Water we help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards.  We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

From budgeting and forecasting to reviewing contracts and supporting tenders, your insight will shape key decisions.

You'll champion best practices, support margin and WIP improvement plans, and help resolve disputes with care.

With a focus on compliance, efficiency, and team development, you’ll lead with integrity—mentoring commercial staff and helping the business grow stronger, smarter, and more resilient every step of the way.

    What you’ll bring:

    • Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (or equivalent)
    • RICS Chartered (or equivalent), with NEC accreditation
    • Strong background in construction and commercial management
    • Skilled in cost value reconciliations and target cost analysis

    • Experience with building projects, especially in pharma or industrial sectors
    • Excellent communicator and team player
    • Detail-oriented, with integrity and a collaborative mindset
    • Builds trusted client relationships with ease
