    Where will you be working?

    At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

    We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

    This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

    What will you be doing?

    We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Telecoms Division. You will work on projects for Virgin Media, supporting both Business and Civils contracts.

    This role needs someone with experience in telecoms who can start quickly and manage tasks with confidence. You will help keep projects on track, ensure smooth communication, and make sure deadlines are met.

    You will work closely with teams in the office and on-site. The role involves planning, organising, and checking progress. You will also deal with updates and queries from clients and colleagues.

    The right person will understand telecoms and have worked in a similar role before. You will be organised, calm under pressure, and able to manage several tasks at once.

    What you’ll bring;

    You will bring experience that helps projects run smoothly and on time. You understand how to manage tasks and keep communication clear. You have worked with systems that support project delivery and can adapt quickly to new processes.

    Experience with Salesforce will be an advantage. You are confident using Excel to manage data and Outlook to organise schedules and emails. You can keep information accurate and up to date without delay.

    You are a strong communicator. You can explain details clearly and respond to questions in a way that builds trust. You will speak with suppliers and senior managers often, so you need to be comfortable in those conversations.

    You can manage priorities and stay calm when deadlines are tight. You work well with others and can build good relationships across teams. You understand the importance of detail and take care to get things right the first time.
