    Where will you be working? 

    At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.  

    We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.  

    This role is part of mobile networks- We keep the country connected through the survey, design, installation and maintenance of private 5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure.

    What will you be doing?

    As the Build Manager your role will be to work within Operations and support the Project Delivery teams by managing the end-to-end tasks across all build activities. Attending regular visits to all suppliers and offices to ensure workloads, staff and processes are being adhered to. You'll be producing regular reports to management teams, ensuing all health and safety/environmental legislation is met on site. You'll be checking and auditing of sub-contractors work on site ensuring sites are built to program and budget. Providing supervision and support to all members of Build department, liaising with the Quantity Surveyor on cost matters. 


    What you’ll bring

    You’ll have a full UK driving licence and a solid background in construction site management, ideally within telecoms. You’ll bring strong commercial awareness in Mobile Wireless ADC, along with proven hands‑on experience building telecoms sites from the ground up.

     You’ll be someone who can lead, coach and develop people out in the field, and you’ll already have a good working knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation. We’ll look to you to confidently apply your training in both design and construction, while staying focused on delivering high‑quality results.

     You’ll be able to prioritise your workload, stay calm under pressure, meet deadlines, and keep a customer‑focused mindset even in fast‑moving, target‑driven environments. If you’re energetic, self‑motivated, and you approach change with a positive attitude, you’ll fit right in.

     A degree in Civils or Building would be a bonus, as would membership of a relevant professional institution—but if you bring the right experience and attitude, we’ll want to hear from you.
