Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role will be within our Private Networks team, you’ll join our people who support finding the best technology, managing assets and refreshing systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

We’re looking for an FP&A Lead who’s excited to shape the financial future of our business, partnering closely with senior leaders to deliver insight, drive performance, and support strategic decision‑making.
What will you be doing?
In this role, you’ll support the Finance Director with the 5‑year Business Plan, lead budgeting and reforecasting, and coordinate CAPEX requirements across the business. You’ll work closely with the Head of Finance on forecasting Gross Work in Progress and Net Working Capital, completing month‑end margin analysis, and preparing financial summaries for Divisional reviews. You’ll manage GWIP and Working Capital reporting, develop key KPIs, and handle data population within PBCS. You’ll also lead sales and OPEX forecasting, analyse cost under‑absorption, and drive improvements with the Senior Finance Business Partner. Beyond this, you’ll maintain core SOPs, coordinate master data changes, strengthen reporting accuracy and consistency, enhance BI use within Finance, and support the team in improving Excel models and overall efficiency.

- Experience with Oracle is a bonus
- Background in utilities, construction, or other project‑based sectors is helpful
- Comfortable working in Group, Shared Service, or matrix-style environments
- Enjoys building and maintaining BI reporting and dashboards
