What will you be doing?
We are looking for an ambitious and driven IT Resourcer to join our Talent Acquisition Team at M Group on a 12‑month Fixed Term Contract, supporting predominantly IT recruitment while also providing resourcing expertise across our wider head office functions. The role will focus on sourcing, engaging and managing candidates across IT and central functions and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through to offer.
What you’ll bring
Proven IT recruitment experience, ideally from an agency environment, with a proactive, energetic approach to sourcing and engagement. Strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to build rapport quickly, and confidence in managing multiple priorities. An enthusiasm for transitioning into an internal TA role and developing in‑house capability within a collaborative and fast‑paced team.
