    Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

    What will you be doing?

In this mobile role, you will install, commission, and maintain AC and DC electrical systems across telecommunications sites, ensuring all work meets safety and industry standards. The role requires accurate reporting, adherence to company procedures, and a strong focus on customer needs and onsite safety.

Ideally, you will be based in the Leicester or Northampton area; however, the role supports national contracts and will require regular travel across the UK, including occasional overnight stays. While the Field Resource team will strive to allocate work as locally as possible, flexibility to travel nationwide in line with operational requirements is essential.

They must be proactive, safety‑focused, and possess strong communication and organisational skills.
