What
will you be doing?
The Telecom Project Coordinator supports the delivery of two concurrent telecoms projects, acting as the central point of coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth execution.
Key Responsibilities:
You will allocate work packages and tasks to approved suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring clear scope and expectations. You will monitor and track completion of works across projects, maintaining accurate records so milestones and deadlines are met. You will collate and update project documentation in line with company and client requirements. You will liaise with suppliers to confirm schedules, resolve queries, address delays, and escalate risks to the Project Manager promptly. You will ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards, manage telecoms stock and inventory, maintain accurate usage records, and provide regular client updates, responding to queries and producing weekly or monthly reports.
What you’ll
bring?
You’ll have proven experience in project coordination, ideally within telecoms or utilities, with strong organisational and time management skills, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent communication skills. You’ll be able to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects. Desirably, you’ll have telecom network knowledge (FTTP, mobile, fibre), experience with asset/stock systems, and supplier coordination. Key competencies include strong attention to detail, effective problem solving, collaborative teamwork, and adaptability when managing changing priorities and deadlines.
