Where will you be working?
You'll be working across Rail, Aviation, Defence & Adjacent Markets. You'll visit major international airports, see our wide range of specialist rail engineering projects across the UK and be involved in the maintenance and upgrades of defence properties, airfields, military bases, ports, railway infrastructure and depots.

What will you be doing?
Working as a Scheduling Administrator, you’ll support Planning & Scheduling to coordinate repair and maintenance activity across the business. You’ll manage day-to-day scheduling and resource allocation, ensuring the right people, equipment and materials are in place to deliver efficiently and meet service and compliance targets.
You’ll work closely with planners, delivery teams and key stakeholders to keep schedules accurate, respond quickly to changes and maintain smooth operations. From producing and updating schedules to resolving resource clashes and tracking performance, you’ll play a key role in keeping work on track while minimising disruption.
You’ll also manage client systems (e.g. Monitor, Smartsheets), maintain audit-ready records, support rostering in line with working time rules, and coordinate materials for planned works, escalating risks where needed.
