This role will be providing support across our Energy Infrastructure business. We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy & EV.
The role offers flexible & hybrid working, with an expectation to meet in person once a week in Solihull / Stevenage. Flexibility in travelling between the 2 locations is a must.

What will you be doing?
As an Executive Personal Assistant, you’ll provide high-level, confidential administrative and organisational support to the Managing Director (MD) and Leadership team, ensuring the efficient running of daily operations, effective time management, and smooth coordination of business activities. The role requires strong judgement, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Executive Support
- Provide comprehensive diary management, prioritising appointments and ensuring effective use of the MD’s time
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, briefings and supporting documentation
- Act as the first point of contact, screening calls, emails, and correspondence
- Draft, review and respond to communications on behalf of the MD
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Coordination & Communication
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, Board members, and external partners
- Liaise with senior leaders across the organisation to ensure alignment on priorities
- Coordinate key projects, tracking actions and deadlines on behalf of the MD
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials
Meeting & Event Management
- Organise and support executive meetings, leadership team meetings, and Board meetings
- Take accurate minutes and track follow-up actions
- Plan and coordinate events, off-sites, and leadership sessions
Travel & Logistics
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries
- Manage accommodation, transport, and detailed schedules
- Handle expenses and reconciliation in line with company policies
Office Management & Process Improvement
- Maintain efficient administrative systems and processes
- Identify opportunities to improve ways of working and implement improvements
- Support wider executive team activities where required
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience delivering high-level executive support, including complex diary management, communications, and confidential administration
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with senior leaders, Board members, and external partners
- Experienced in coordinating meetings, projects, and events, including preparation of briefings, presentations, and follow-up actions
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex travel and logistics, alongside maintaining efficient administrative systems
- Proactive approach to improving processes and supporting wider executive team priorities
- Highly organised, resilient, and professional, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise under pressure
