Whatever stage you’re at in your career, with us you’ll have an opportunity to grow and develop. Delivering essential infrastructure services for life, while being safety first, and client and customer centric in a friendly, fun and respectful environment where you are encouraged to thrive.

    Where will you be working?

At M Group Water we help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards.  We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

You will help teams identify hazards, assess risks, and put strong controls in place for activities such as confined spaces, lifting operations, excavations, temporary works, and working near water.

Through regular site visits, conversations, and coaching, you will promote safe behaviours and help build a positive, proactive safety culture.

You will investigate incidents and near misses, identify root causes, and support meaningful improvements.

You will keep our management systems active and effective, stay up to date with legislation and best practice, and ensure compliance with UK H&S law, CDM Regulations, client expectations, and company standards.

You will deliver toolbox talks, support audits, maintain accurate records, and contribute to monthly performance reporting.

You will champion company initiatives, engage with the workforce, and act as a role model for strong safety leadership.

Above all, you will work closely with project teams to reduce risk, encourage good practice, and help every project succeed safely and sustainably.
