What will you be doing?
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the safe delivery of construction and infrastructure projects from planning through to completion.
- Oversee site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure works are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Champion health, safety, environmental and compliance standards across all work activities.
- Coordinate labour, plant, materials and resources to maximise efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement solutions to maintain programme performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and operational teams.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience as a Works Manager or senior site management professional within construction, civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and operational teams effectively.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
- Experience working under NEC contracts and in client-facing environments is desirable.
