Where will you be working?
As Capital Platform Lead, you will be responsible for driving the development, governance and continuous improvement of the Group's Capital Platform, ensuring it delivers maximum value to the business and supports successful project delivery. Working closely with stakeholders across IT, Digital, Operations, Commercial and Project teams, you will lead the platform roadmap, manage system enhancements and vendor relationships, and act as the subject matter expert for all platform-related activities. You will champion user adoption, establish best practice, improve data quality and reporting capabilities, and use platform insights to support informed decision-making, operational efficiency and business performance across the Group.

What will you be doing?
As Capital Platform Lead, you will take overall responsibility for the development, governance and optimisation of the Group's Capital Platform estate. Working closely with operational, project, commercial and digital stakeholders, you will ensure the platform delivers maximum value to the business, supports project delivery, and aligns with wider strategic objectives.
You will lead the platform roadmap, managing enhancement priorities, vendor relationships and system improvements to ensure the platform continues to evolve in line with business needs. Acting as the key subject matter expert, you will oversee platform standards, governance, user access and configuration, while driving consistency and best practice across the organisation.
A key focus of the role will be driving adoption and continuous improvement. You will develop a network of platform champions, provide leadership and guidance to users, and identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality and operational efficiency. Through strong stakeholder engagement, you will ensure the platform is fully embedded within project and business processes.
Using platform data and insights, you will help shape business decision-making by overseeing the development of dashboards, reporting and performance measures. Working collaboratively across IT, Digital, Operations and Delivery teams, you will lead initiatives that enhance system capability, improve user experience and support the successful delivery of projects across the Group.
What you’ll bring
- Experience working with Procore and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Strong understanding of construction, infrastructure, engineering, or project delivery environments.
- Experience translating business requirements into system solutions, including workflows, permissions, reporting and configuration.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop dashboards, reports and management insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience supporting and training users.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on data quality, governance and continuous improvement.
- Understanding of system integrations and change management principles.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
