Working closely with project, operational, commercial and support teams, you'll act as a trusted platform expert, providing system support, developing reports and dashboards, improving business processes, and driving user engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in enhancing how technology supports the delivery of critical infrastructure and engineering projects across M Group.

What will you be doing?
As a Capital Platform Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the use of the Capital Platform across the business. Acting as a primary point of contact for users, you will provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure the platform is being used effectively and consistently across project and functional teams. You will also develop strong relationships with platform champions and super users to encourage knowledge sharing, best practice and user adoption.
Working closely with stakeholders across operational, commercial, project and support functions, you will gather business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions. This will include configuring workflows, templates, reports and dashboards, supporting project mobilisation activities, and ensuring system settings, permissions and governance standards are maintained. You will also identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline processes and enhance the overall user experience.
You will develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs and management reports that provide valuable insight to project and business leaders. By monitoring platform usage, data quality and performance trends, you will help drive continuous improvement and support better decision-making across the organisation.
You will be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical audiences, delivering training, creating user guidance and supporting colleagues in getting the most from the platform. With a strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset, you will help ensure the Capital Platform remains an effective tool that supports project delivery, operational excellence and business objectives.
