    What will you be doing?  

    We’re seeking an experienced Programme Delivery Lead to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of complex, multi-disciplinary projects. You’ll lead high-performing teams to safely deliver work in line with M Group and P4Y procedures, ensuring excellence across commercial performance, quality, and health & safety. Working closely with Yorkshire Water, you’ll build strong stakeholder relationships, champion continuous improvement, and deliver sustainable cost efficiencies. You’ll play a key role in shaping the delivery vehicle strategy, securing long-term success and future contract growth, while developing a skilled, resilient team and supply chain.

    What You’ll Bring

    Senior leadership experience delivering multi-million-pound, multi-disciplinary programmes. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively at SLT and Board level. Proven track record of leading teams, driving performance, and delivering complex portfolios safely, on time, and within budget.

    Key Responsibilities
     
    • You'll lead project teams to safely deliver a portfolio of projects in line with M Group and P4Y procedures
    • you'll Oversee successful delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects and programmes of work
    • Provide effective, visible leadership across the programme
    • Monitor, review, and achieve commercial targets and quality standards
    • Champion Health & Safety across all activities
    • you'll Drive sustainable cost reductions and efficiency improvements
    • Ensure alignment with Yorkshire Water’s vision through contract delivery
    • you'll Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with Yorkshire Water’s Project Management team
    • Deliver and embed a high-performing performance management model
    • Develop and lead a skilled, sustainable delivery team
    • Contribute to delivery vehicle strategy to ensure long-term performance and contract extension
    • You'll Establish and manage a capable, reliable supply chain
