    Where will you be working?

    At M Group Energy, we’re enabling the energy essential to support our lives.

    We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation.

    This role will be a SHEQ Coordinator within our SHEQ team. This role is home based however would require visits to our Nottinghamshire office from time to time.

    What will you be doing?

    As a SHEQ Coordinator, you will provide administrative, data and coordination support to embed a strong SHEQ culture and deliver SHEQ plans that will prevent incidents and ensure compliance.

    You'll also maintain accurate SHEQ, incident and training and competence records (including skills matrices), produce reports and dashboards, support audits and document control, and work with internal and external stakeholders to keep SHEQ processes consistent and continuously improving.

    You'll assist with the production of award submissions, e.g. RoSPA etc.
     
    Manage the user access and interface for the digital systems, including but not limited to the COSHH Management System (CMS).
     
    Maintain accurate SHEQ, incident and accident records and support audit preparation and track resulting actions whilst supporting audit preparation and track resulting actions.
     
    You'll assist with updates to the business management system and controlled documents and with updates to the business management system and controlled documents.
    Liaise with Training to align Divisional training and competence records, including skills matrices, and support certification tracking.

    • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

    • Support the distribution of SHEQ communications, bulletins and updates.
    • Coordinate meeting logistics and assist with general communication tasks.
    • Maintain internal SHEQ communication pages or platforms.
