Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. This role will be within our Water and Wastewater capital project delivery teams. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

What will you be doing?
You’ll work with Delivery and Design Managers to develop, optimise and maintain integrated programmes across a portfolio of capital projects. Responsible for coordinating delivery demand and resource requirements across multiple workstreams, you will support planning and commercial activities throughout estimation, design and construction.
Ensuring compliance with NEC3 requirements, you’ll maintain consistent planning standards and monitor performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs. Through strong stakeholder engagement and collaborative planning sessions, you’ll drive accountability, improve coordination, and provide greater certainty of delivery. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to enhance programme performance and organisational effectiveness.
Skills & Knowledge Requirements
- Do you have experience working on Primavera P6 at project and programme level?
- Do you have effective communication skills and a proven track record in delivering efficiency savings?
- Have you got commercial acumen and experience of NEC3 Option A, C and E forms of contract?
- Do you possess strong working knowledge of CDM 2015 and associated health and safety legislation?
- Experience in the Water Utilities sector and the delivery of capital projects is desirable, although not essential.
