    Where you'll be working?

    We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards.  We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

    This role will be within our wastewater Storm Overflow Alliance project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

    What you'll be doing?
  • You'll be leading and managing civil engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery. Working closely with design teams and key stakeholders, you'll help drive project success by reviewing designs, resolving challenges, and maintaining strong communication throughout. You'll oversee project programmes, monitor progress, and support delivery against agreed timescales and budgets. Using your knowledge of NEC4 contracts and project management tools, you'll also work closely with commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual and commercial requirements.

What you'll bring?
  • Do you have proven experience managing civil engineering or construction projects?
  • Do you hage strong knowledge of Microsoft Project (or similar planning software) and project delivery?
  • Do you possess a good understanding of NEC4 contracts and their application within civil engineering projects?
  • Thorough knowledge of CDM regulations, SHEQ principles, and safe working practices
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical drawing interpretation skills
