Whatever stage you’re at in your career, with us you’ll have an opportunity to grow and develop. Delivering essential infrastructure services for life, while being safety first, and client and customer centric in a friendly, fun and respectful environment where you are encouraged to thrive.

    Where will you be working?

    We are seeking an experienced and proactive Training and Compliance Advisor to support the development and delivery of training initiatives, manage learning systems, and support continuous improvement across our organisation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and is passionate about enabling people and systems to perform at their best.

    Working Pattern:
    This role operates on a 4-day compressed working week, with standard hours of 7:00am to 5:00pm. Your non-working day will be agreed with your line manager, taking into account business and operational requirements

    What will you be doing?

    You'll play a key role in coordinating training activities across the business, helping ensure colleagues receive the right training at the right time. Working closely with stakeholders, you'll provide guidance on training options, manage learning agreements, and support the successful delivery of training programmes and new initiatives.

    You'll act as a first point of contact for training and compliance queries, building strong relationships with stakeholders and supporting regular engagement meetings. The role will also involve assisting with the onboarding of new businesses and attending events when required.

    A significant part of the role will focus on administration and reporting, including managing training requests, monitoring training matrices, identifying upcoming renewals or gaps, and ensuring learner records remain accurate and up to date.

    Working alongside the wider Training & Compliance team, you'll also support system improvements, coordinate bookings for training programmes, venues and accommodation, and help ensure processes are delivered efficiently and compliantly across the business.

    What you’ll bring

    • Strong organisation and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
    • Experience in administration, training, compliance, or a similar support role is desirable.

    What’s in it for you?

    We offer a range of benefits designed to support your life in and out of work, some of which include;
