Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
You'll be working within mobile networks, where we keep the country connected through the survey, design, installation and maintenance of private 5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure.

We're looking for a confident and driven Quality Auditor to join our Standards & Excellence team in a newly created role that will help shape the future of quality assurance across M Group Communications. Ideally based from our Diseworth office on a hybrid basis, you'll work across a diverse portfolio of projects nationwide, providing independent assurance and helping to embed a culture of quality, compliance and continuous improvement. If you enjoy building relationships, influencing positive change and making a visible impact across a growing business, we'll give you the platform to do just that.
What will you be doing?
As a Quality Auditor, you'll help ensure our projects and operations consistently meet company standards, client expectations and regulatory requirements. You'll conduct audits, inspections and assurance activities across operational and construction environments, identifying risks, non-conformances and opportunities for improvement. You'll produce audit reports, support investigations, review assurance evidence and monitor corrective actions through to completion. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll promote best practice, drive continuous improvement and help reduce rework while improving quality performance across our nationwide operations.
What you'll bring?
You'll bring experience in quality assurance, auditing, compliance or inspection within operational, construction, utilities, telecommunications or infrastructure environments. You'll have a strong understanding of quality management systems and auditing principles, along with excellent analytical, reporting and stakeholder engagement skills. You'll be confident challenging constructively, influencing positive outcomes and building credibility with teams at all levels. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and continuous improvement methodologies would be advantageous. Most importantly, you'll be proactive, solutions-focused and willing to travel across the UK, with occasional overnight stays, to support quality excellence wherever it's needed.
