Where you'll be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. This role will be within our Water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

What you'll be doing?
You'll be supporting the Programme Manager in delivering the Customer Side Leakage workstream, helping to drive a strong health, safety, environmental and wellbeing culture while ensuring excellent customer service and value for money. You'll make sure all planned works fully consider safety, operational, quality, cost and customer requirements before being handed over to delivery teams.
You'll be working closely with the Customer Side Leakage (CSL) team to improve operational performance, acting as a key link between CSL, Highways Authorities (including TfL), and the MGW Planning & Streetworks Team to coordinate streetworks activities effectively.
You'll be responsible for keeping the Programme Manager fully informed by providing accurate updates, reports and key programme information to support decision-making and successful programme delivery.
You'll be assisting with the coordination of streetworks, ensuring all activities are correctly permitted, compliant with regulations and delivered in line with required standards.
You'll be communicating and building relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, negotiating where required to support operational objectives and successful project outcomes.
You'll be contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, streamline processes and support the implementation of improvements across the programme.
What you'll bring?
- Do you have experience enabling and coordinating streetworks across multiple Highway Authorities?
- Do you have a proven track record of delivering against operational targets?
- Do you have strong commercial awareness?
- Do you have excellent organisational skills?
- Do you have a commitment to delivering the highest standards of health, safety and quality?
- Do you hold an NRSWA Supervisor qualification?
- Do you have a Full UK Driving Licence?
- Do you hold an SMSTS qualification? This is desirable it not a requirement
