You’ll help decide what needs to happen, when it needs to happen, and who needs to do it. You’ll keep track of progress and make sure everyone knows what’s coming next.
You’ll work with engineers, field teams, managers and clients. You’ll help them understand the plan and stick to it. You’ll update schedules, check timelines and spot delays early. You’ll help solve problems before they grow. You’ll also share updates with the wider team so everyone stays informed.
You’ll use planning tools and systems to do your job. You’ll need to be confident with data and happy working with numbers. You’ll need to be organised and able to manage lots of moving parts. You’ll also need to be a good communicator who can explain things clearly and listen well.

What you’ll bring;
You know how to plan. You understand how to take a complex job and break it down into clear steps. You’re confident working with schedules, timelines and targets. You know how to keep things moving and how to spot when something’s going off track.
You’ve worked in a role where planning was key. You’ve used systems to manage tasks and track progress. You’re comfortable working with data and you know how to turn numbers into useful information. You’re not afraid to ask questions and you’re quick to learn new tools.
You’ve worked with different teams before. You know how to listen and how to explain things clearly. You’re good at building trust and keeping people informed. You know how to stay calm when things get busy and how to help others stay focused.
You’ve handled change. You know that plans don’t always go as expected. You’re flexible and ready to adjust when needed. You’re someone who looks for solutions, not problems. You take ownership and you follow through.
