We are now looking for a Reinstatement Site Team Leader to join our labour team in West Yorkshire, specifically travelling site to site across the region. This role will see you based out of our Deighton office (West Yorkshire).
This role will be within our developer services team. Our developer services team connects water and wastewater services, installs lateral drains, and enables new developments access to vital water and wastewater services.

What will you be doing?
- Leading a small team travelling to sites across West Yorkshire carrying out masonry and block paving activities for civils works.
- Hands-on block paving / paving, concreting, block sets, masonry work and tarmacking activities whilst leading the team.
- Organising work packs, scheduling, risk assessments, planned-works planning, prioritising jobs and deadlines.
- Reinstating at multiple locations to SROH standards.
- Carrying out and enforcing daily vehicle checks.
- Lead health & safety briefings and tool-box talks as part of the role.
What you’ll bring
- Do you hold a valid NRSWA Street Works accreditation?
- Do you have Water / Gas / Utilities / Constriction / Rail / Civils industry experience?
- Do you hold a full UK driving licence, and able to travel across West Yorkshire?
- Are you comfortable working by yourself and in a team?
- Manual Handling, First Aid and abrasive wheels tickets.
- Are you highly organised?
