Where will you be working?
As an organisation, there is little we don’t do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.
This role is in our Marketing Communications department, our Marketing Communications team creates and shares key content and materials to inform and engage both existing and new clients, as well as keeping our people informed about what’s happening across our Group.

What will you be doing?
As a member of our marketing communications team, you’ll work closely with our Senior Designer and the wider team to bring fresh, thoughtful and visually engaging ideas to life. Whether it’s creating stunning assets for print or digital platforms, your work will make a genuine impact—delivering high-quality designs that meet the needs of our colleagues and clients, all while staying true to our tone of voice and brand identity.
You’ll take pride in keeping our visual materials consistent, clear and full of character—ensuring everything you produce is polished and on point. From social media content to brochures, presentations and more, you’ll help ensure that every piece we put out is both eye-catching and effective. You’ll work alongside different teams to keep projects moving smoothly and on schedule, bringing your ideas and adaptability to the table. You’ll also have a hand in preparing artwork for various formats, checking and tweaking designs, and adapting existing assets to suit different platforms and uses.
Your attention to detail will shine as you juggle multiple projects and deadlines, always keeping quality and accuracy at the forefront. You'll also help us stay organised by maintaining our digital archive of design assets—regularly updating templates and keeping our brand toolkit fresh and ready to go.

What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio of high quality design skills and creativity
- Typography and editorial skills
- Understanding of branding
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
