Where will you be working?
As an organisation, there is little we don’t do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.
This role is in our Procurement department, our Procurement team source, purchase and manage our products and services to ensure the right quality and delivery.

What will you be doing? (no more than 100 words)
You’ll take charge of creating and sharing tailored Power BI reports, helping the business make informed decisions.
You’ll collaborate closely with category managers, offering valuable support through data-driven insights.
Also, you’ll provide essential analytical backing for tender processes to ensure robust decision-making.
You’ll help empower the Procurement team with training on data analysis and effective use of reports.
We’ll expect you to look for ways to streamline and improve our processes, making data and information flows simpler and more effective.
You’ll partner with teams across the business to design and sustain meaningful reports.
You’ll play a key role in supporting procurement transformation efforts that drive progress and innovation.
What you’ll bring
- 2/3 years of experience within an analytical function is essential.
- Proven experience using Power BI and ‘Power Query’ for data visualisation.
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel is key, for data extraction and manipulation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal (including face to face)
- Strong stakeholder management skills (both internal and external)
