Where will you be working?
MEICA and capital maintenance - Our Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation (MEICA) experts offer a one-stop solution, including ongoing operation and maintenance services.
What will you be doing?
- You'll Interpret and work from drawings, schedules, and schematics.
- You'll Order and collect necessary components for tasks.
- Test and inspect electrical systems to ensure safety and compliance.
- You'll Diagnose and resolve electrical system malfunctions.
- Assemble, install, and maintain electrical equipment and fixtures.
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks and produce detailed reports.
- Respond promptly to faults, diagnose root causes, and rectify issues.
Skills & Knowledge Requirements:
- Proven experience in electrical testing, maintenance, and installation.
- Time-served electrical apprenticeship or NVQ level 3 (or equivalent). must have City and Guilds 2391 (2394/2395) in Testing and Inspection, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT skills.
- Experience in both preventative and reactive maintenance.
- Experience with Commercial/Industrial LV Electrical systems.
- Must have prior knowledge of completing electrical certification and reports, digitally.
