    Where will you be working?

    At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

    We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

    This role will be within our private networks. We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.

    We welcome applications from across the UK. However, candidates should be prepared to commute to Warwick occasionally for meetings. Contractually, you will be based at your local M Group office.

    What will you be doing?

    • You’ll be typically managing up to 10 concurrent projects at a time, dependent on size and complexity and manage all communications on the project
    • You’ll take project ownership from Project Initiation through to Customer Operations.
    • You’ll be hosting a weekly internal and external customer call, with face to face customer meetings as needed and providing regular internal reports and external customer reports when requested
    • You’ll be monitoring the project using MS Project and ITSM.
    • We’ll need you to Identify and Manage Risks, Issues, Actions and Dependencies throughout the lifecycle of the project.
    • You’ll be cost Tracking, Budget and Forecasting. Ensuring the business and customer know when to expect charges/revenues.
    • You’ll be reporting time spent on the project against what has been sold to the customer
    • You’ll be conducting pass Gate Control Checks to ensure Quality standards are being adhered to

    What you’ll bring

    • You’ll join with proven track record of delivery and a proactive approach to managing projects
    • You’ll have experience of budget control
    • We’ll need you to have excellent presentation and formal communicational skills
    • Will be skilled and experienced in the Microsoft Office suite & Competent in MS Project
