    Where will you be working?

    As an organisation, there is little we don’t do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.

    This role is in our Marketing Communications department, our Marketing Communications team creates and shares key content and materials to inform and engage both existing and new clients, as well as keeping our people informed about what’s happening across our Group.

    What will you be doing?

    Join us in shaping the online presence of M Group and its Divisions. As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in creating, curating, and promoting a compelling digital presence that reflects our values, strengthens our reputation, and supports our strategic goals—winning business, attracting top talent, and engaging our audiences.

    You’ll be responsible for ensuring our websites and social media channels are used strategically and effectively, aligned with our mission, vision, and priorities. Your work will help position us as a leader in our industry and a trusted partner to our clients, while also reinforcing our reputation as an employer of choice for talented, values-driven individuals.

    From crafting engaging content to optimising user experience, your expertise will ensure our digital platforms resonate with diverse audiences, including current and prospective employees, clients, stakeholders, and investors.     What you’ll bring

    • Proven track record of delivering timely, practical innovative and creative digital marketing communications solutions in a high profile, often fast-moving situations, preferably for a complex or multi-brand organisation.
    • Demonstrable evidence of delivering digital marketing communications solutions that deliver tangible and impactful results.
    • In depth knowledge and experience of using and developing web and social media platforms.
    • Passionate and proactive in encouraging new and bold ideas, harnessing progressive thinking to drive transformation.
    • Ability to interact, engage, influence and have credibility at all levels, and able to navigate a multi-brand organisation.
    • Adept at stakeholder management with ample experience working with senior leaders and managers of all levels.
    • Knowledge of recruiting channels, job boards, and employer brand sites that support hiring (LinkedIn, CV Library, Google Analytics, Glass Door).
