What will you be doing?
Are you passionate about legal operations and technology, with a knack for financial administration? We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised professional to join our team, helping to drive efficiency and innovation within our legal function. In this role, you’ll manage financial administration associated with legal invoicing and budgeting using Legal Tracker, oversee relationships with our external legal panel, and support the General Counsel in developing and integrating legal tech platforms.
You’ll work closely with IT and Communications teams to ensure seamless implementation of legal technology, while also fostering collaboration through effective data management systems, including maintaining the Legal intranet page. Your expertise will help provide valuable reporting insights into our legal team’s workflow and performance. Plus, you’ll lend vital administrative support, from diary management to coordinating legal events, webinars, and training sessions.

What you’ll bring:
- Experience working in a law firm or in-house legal department
- Experience of working with external legal panels and managing invoicing
- Experience of legal databases, systems and platforms
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
- Strong data and reporting skills
- Solid IT skills including PowerPoint, Excel and Oracle (desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
