At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
Mobile networks- We keep the country connected through the survey, design, installation and maintenance of private 5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure.

What will you be doing?
The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end process for their function, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and highlighting risks to project KPIs. They will ensure efficient resource utilisation across varying stakeholder priorities and oversee planning, training, and compliance requirements.
Key responsibilities include managing hiring needs, mentoring staff, and ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures, legal obligations, and project timelines. The role involves project lifecycle planning, documentation, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement.
The candidate will liaise with Programme Directors, Project Managers, and suppliers, maintain accurate databases, and provide regular reporting. They will act as the first-line contact for Operational Support escalations and support SLA/KPI delivery.
What you’ll bring?
Strong IT skills (MS Outlook, Excel, Word) with proven ability to manage people, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines. A motivated team player with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Adaptable to change, capable of working independently or collaboratively to achieve targets. Demonstrates initiative, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Holds or is working towards a project management qualification (e.g. APM/PRINCE2). Committed to outstanding service, process improvement, and M Group values: Responsible, Open, Together, and Ambitious.
