    You’ll be joining our Highways maintenance team, as the UK’s number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes.

    What will you be doing?

    You'll be responsible for the day to day management of the Winchester head office. Ensuring all health and safety systems and processes are maintained and up-to-date
     
    The role will include managing and liaising with contractors and service providers.
     
    Overseeing all IT Assets and purchases for the Hampshire contract. Providing Admin support to the Contract Leadership team including diary and travel management and note taking at senior meetings.
     
    We'll  also ask you to provide general support to the contract Business Director.

    • Can do attitude who is willing to learn and take on new tasks and responsibilities
    • Previous experience as Executive Personal Assistant
