    Where will you be working?

    At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

    We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

    This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

    What will you be doing?

    We’re looking for a Project Manager who gets things done. You’ll lead the work on trial holes, cabinet builds, pole root bases and cabinet removals. You’ll make sure everything is done on time, to the right standard, and safely.

    You’ll plan and manage each site from start to finish. You’ll spot problems early and keep things on track. You’ll help avoid delays, extra costs and poor quality.

    You’ll work closely with our customers and their teams. You’ll keep everyone in the loop and make sure we meet all health and safety rules, including CDM regulations.

    You’ll think ahead. You’ll find ways to do tasks in parallel to save time. You’ll also support your team to grow. You’ll help them build their skills and share what works best.

    You’ll give clear, accurate updates when the business needs them.

    What you’ll bring;

    You’ve spent at least three years working in telecoms, with hands-on experience in building cabinets and root bases. You understand how to get a site ready from start to finish and know the steps involved in network rollout.

    You’re familiar with every stage of site deployment. That includes property, design, build and integration. You’ve likely worked across all of them.

    You’ve studied project management and may hold a qualification like Prince2, APMP or PMP. That’s a bonus, but not a must.

    You’re a strong communicator. You’re clear when you speak and write, and you’re confident using tools like Excel, Project and other Microsoft software.

    You understand health and safety rules and know how CDM applies to your work.
