    Where will you be working?

    At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

    We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

    This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

    What will you be doing?

    We’re looking for a Supervisor to join our Telecoms team. This is a fixed term role for up to 9 months. You’ll be based in either Loughborough or Mansfield.

    You’ll lead a small team working on fibre builds. You’ll make sure jobs are done safely, on time, and to the right standard. You’ll check work on site, support your team, and report back to managers.

    You’ll need to know how to splice fibre. You’ll also need to understand how Openreach networks work. You’ll be someone who can spot problems early and fix them fast.

    You’ll plan daily work, check tools and kit, and make sure your team follows safety rules. You’ll also speak with clients and help keep things running smoothly.

    We want someone who’s hands-on, calm under pressure, and good with people. You’ll be the link between the field and the office.
