Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?
We’re looking for someone who loves turning data into action. As a Performance Analyst in our Telecoms Division, you’ll play a key role in making sure our work meets the highest standards. You’ll track how we’re doing against our targets, spot any risks early, and help us stay on track.
You’ll work closely with our delivery teams, clients, and other performance managers across the country. Your job is to make sure everyone is working together, using the same approach, and aiming for the same goals.
You’ll keep a close eye on how we’re doing in areas like health and safety, Streetworks, quality, and overall delivery. If something’s not right, you’ll help fix it. You’ll also make sure our reports are clear, accurate, and shared on time.
This role is all about building strong relationships, staying organised, and being proactive. You’ll attend meetings, share updates, and help improve how we work. You’ll also help us keep improving our systems and processes so we can work smarter.
What you’ll bring;
We need someone who understands how to turn data into insight. You’ll have experience working with performance metrics and know how to track progress against targets. You’ll be confident using data to spot trends, highlight risks, and support decisions.
You’ll have worked in a role where reporting is key. You’ll know how to create reports that are clear, accurate, and easy to understand. You’ll also be comfortable explaining what the numbers mean to different people, whether they’re part of the delivery team or a client.
You’ll be used to working with others. You’ll know how to build strong relationships and keep communication open and honest. You’ll be someone who listens, shares ideas, and works well with people at all levels.
You’ll be organised and reliable. You’ll know how to manage your time, meet deadlines, and stay on top of regular reporting. You’ll also be ready to step in when something needs fixing or improving.
You’ll have a good understanding of how operational delivery works, especially in a fast-moving environment. If you’ve worked in telecoms or a similar field, that’s a bonus. But what matters most is your ability to stay focused, think clearly, and help teams deliver their best work.
