Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?
We’re looking for someone reliable, hands-on, and ready to get stuck in. As a Logistics Assistant, you’ll help keep our warehouse running smoothly. You’ll be part of a busy team that supports both our in-house crews and a wide range of sub-contractors.
Your day will be varied. You’ll handle stock, check goods in and out, and make sure everything is where it should be. You’ll also help keep the warehouse and yard clean and tidy. Sometimes, you’ll drive one of our vehicles to deliver stock to sites across the South East.
We’re updating our systems and bringing in new handheld tech. It’s a great time to join and grow with us.
You’ll be doing things like:
- Picking and checking stock
- Taking in deliveries and sending goods out
- Keeping the warehouse and yard clean
- Washing company vehicles
- Making deliveries when needed
- Helping out with other tasks as they come up
You’ll need to be organised, practical, and happy working indoors and outdoors. A full driving licence is important too.

What you’ll bring?
We need you to have general knowledge of Health & Safety, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook. You should be organized, structured, and always planned, demonstrating drive and ambition to deliver world-class customer service. A full UK driving license and previous logistics or stores experience are essential.
