    Where will you be working?

    At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

    We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

    This role will be within our Divisional Business Development team, you’ll join our people who work with our clients to identify opportunities to deliver new services across our Telecoms division.   You will also work with a wide range of people across the division who are involved in developing, bidding, winning and delivering those services.

    What will you be doing?

    We are looking for someone to help manage the work that goes into our bids. This person will support the team by keeping things organised and making sure deadlines are met. The role involves working with different people across the business. You will help bring together the information needed for each bid. You will also help make sure the final documents are clear and complete.

    You will be part of a team that works on projects across the UK. You will help with planning and coordination. You will also help with reviews and checks. You will make sure the right people are involved at the right time. You will help keep track of progress and make sure everything is ready when needed.

    We are looking for someone who is calm and focused. You should be good at working with others. You should be able to manage your time well. You should be able to spot problems early and help find ways to fix them. You should be able to work with documents and systems. You should be able to follow rules and processes.

    You do not need to have worked in telecoms before. You do need to have worked in a role where planning and coordination were important. You do need to be comfortable working with teams and systems. You do need to be able to work on more than one thing at a time.

    This role can be done from anywhere in the UK. You will need to join meetings online. You may need to travel sometimes. You will be part of a team that supports flexible working.
