    As an organisation, there is little we don’t do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.

    What will you be doing? 

    We're looking for a passionate leader to drive the consolidation of Business Management Systems (BMS) across our group companies. You’ll bring teams together, align stakeholders, and shape a unified framework that supports capital delivery, maintenance, and in-home services.  

    With a strong grasp of ISO standards and modern quality principles, you’ll design and embed a future-ready, fully digital BMS that enables real-time data, automation, and continuous improvement. You’ll also play a key role in accreditation efforts and keep us ahead of evolving standards like ISO 9001:2026.

    What you’ll bring: 

    Skills & Experience 

    Essential: 

    • Proven experience designing and implementing BMSs in engineering, capital delivery, or asset-intensive environments. 

    • Deep knowledge of ISO9001 and related standards, including experience with accreditation processes. 

    • Strong understanding of digital transformation, workflow automation, and systems integration. 

    • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus across diverse business units. 

    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. 

     

    Desirable: 

    • Familiarity with other ISO standards (e.g., ISO14001, ISO45001) and their integration into unified systems. 

    • Experience in utilities, infrastructure, or engineering services. 

    • Up-to-date knowledge of ISO 9001:2025 developments, including emphasis on digital transformation and integration of AI and data-driven quality systems. 

    • Awareness of the development of ISO99001 

    • Enhanced risk-based thinking and proactive quality management. 

    • Stronger focus on sustainability, supply chain resilience, and employee engagement. 

    • Alignment with real-time performance metrics and automated compliance tracking. 

    • Experience with enterprise project delivery platforms or digital workflow tools.
