    Where will you be working?

    At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

    We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

    This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

    What will you be doing?

    We are looking for someone to join our team in Blantyre. The role is based in our office and is full-time. You will help the team stay organised and keep things running smoothly.

    You will work with programmes and schedules. You will help manage JEPs and keep track of where people are. You will respond to questions about traffic management. You will prepare team packs and support the delivery manager.

    It helps if you have worked in telecoms or utilities before. You will be part of a busy team and will need to stay calm and focused. You will be supported by others and will have the chance to learn.

    This role is important to the success of our projects. You will help make sure everything is in the right place at the right time.

    What you’ll bring;

    You may have worked in telecoms or utilities. You may have supported managers or helped with delivery. You may have handled traffic queries or helped with team packs. You may have worked with JEPs or helped with whereabouts.

    You will be someone who stays calm when things get busy. You will be someone who notices when something is missing. You will be someone who helps others without being asked. You will be someone who wants to do a good job every day.
