You’ll be joining our Highways maintenance team, as the UK’s number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes.

What will you be doing?
Oversee survey and engineering control; inspect and verify subcontractor and direct labour works for quality and compliance.
Review project documentation and drawings; perform take-offs and produce mark-ups/as‑built drawings using AutoCAD.
Raise, track and close RFIs; liaise with clients, designers and subcontractors and maintain the RFI and site registers.
Procure and secure approvals for materials; ensure timely delivery and conformity with the accepted programme.
Ensure all works comply with the project specification and promptly report discrepancies to the Site Agent.
Support HSEQ activities with the Site Agent, monitor on‑site safety and maintain the Project Health & Safety File.
Maintain comprehensive site records and diaries, including daily resources, subcontractor diaries, works records and as‑built information.
Lead and attend planning/coordination meetings (weekly and daily), assist with permits (including CAT scanning) and report progress, blockers and programme impacts.
